Customer Service Representative

About the role

PsychPlus, a behavioral healthcare organization, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle patient payment inquiries and provide excellent service over the phone. The role is night‑shift, onsite in Lahore, and does not require prior healthcare collections experience as training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Contact patients about outstanding balances and payment options.
• Answer billing and payment questions and process payments accurately.
• Document interactions and payment activity in company systems.
• Maintain records of payment arrangements and follow collection procedures.
• Escalate complex billing issues to internal teams.

Required profile

• Completed A Levels (mandatory).
• At least 18 years old.
• Current experience in a U.S.-based voice campaign (Ibex preferred).
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Lahore, Monday‑Friday night shift.
