Customer Success Manager

About the role

The Customer Success Manager will drive client satisfaction, nurture existing accounts and support revenue growth through proactive engagement and strategic coordination across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of the company’s service offering and create Statements of Work for customers.
• Lead client success functions, ensuring high satisfaction, loyalty and long‑term partnerships.
• Coordinate onboarding with engineering, act as primary liaison, and resolve customer issues with relevant teams.
• Conduct NPS and periodic surveys, lead MBR and QBR meetings, and produce weekly/monthly client satisfaction reports.
• Collaborate with finance on invoicing, advocate for customers during support incidents, and align sales strategies with senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• 4‑6 years of account/client management and customer success experience with proven cross‑selling and upselling track record.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills, able to work with executives and stakeholders.
• Commitment to ethical business practices and a positive work environment.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of sales engineering practices and ability to lead technical sales support teams.
