Customer Success Manager / Senior Customer Success Manager

About the role

Payoneer is seeking a Customer Success Manager (or Senior Customer Success Manager) to lead B2B client relationships in Lahore. You will own a portfolio of strategic customers, driving retention, renewals, and expansion while delivering high‑impact solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic customers and drive retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
• Lead commercial conversations, including upsell, cross‑sell, and renewal discussions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Develop and execute quarterly and annual account growth plans to maximize customer value.
• Deliver executive‑level Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and customer presentations.
• Partner cross‑functionally with internal teams to resolve challenges and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Track customer health, opportunities, and pipeline activity within CRM systems, maintaining accurate reporting and forecasting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B Sales roles.
• Data‑driven with a strong commercial mindset and proven revenue growth through retention and expansion.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship‑building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident presenter with experience leading executive meetings.

Required skills

• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
