About the role
Cyber System is hiring experienced Customer Support Executives in Lahore. Candidates with Medical Front Desk (inbound) experience and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. The work is scheduled Monday to Friday, alternate Saturday, from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound video calls with greetings
- Schedule patient appointments
- Eligibility verification
- Appointment reminders
- Pre-authorisation and follow-ups
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in patient calling; medical front desk experience preferred
- Fluent oral and verbal English
- Basic computer skills (MS Word and Excel)
