Customer Support Executive - Night Shift

About the role

RexD is hiring a Customer Support Executive for its night shift in Karachi. The role covers answering customer enquiries by phone, email and live chat, handling complaints and giving product and service information.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Address customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
• Provide product and service information and make recommendations to customers.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the right department or person.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers.
• Keep up to date with product and service information.
• Give feedback to management on customer concerns and trends.
• Meet and exceed performance targets such as customer satisfaction, quality and productivity metrics.

Required profile

• Experience in customer support or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
