About the role
Cyber System is hiring Customer Support Executives for a USA-based campaign. Candidates with Medical Front Desk (Inbound) experience are encouraged to apply. The selected candidates receive paid training at full pay from joining.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in patient calling
- Fluent English, oral and verbal
- Basic computer skills (MS Word and Excel)
Working conditions
- Night shift: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays off
- Location: 4 Fane Road, Lahore
