About the role
Vin Sol is hiring a Customer Support Representative in Lahore to join its Claim Management Department. The role supports clients involved in non-fault car accidents and helps them through the claims process.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with clients by phone and email to collect information and required documents.
- Provide claim updates and follow up on outstanding matters.
- Maintain accurate claim records and update internal systems.
- Manage multiple claims while keeping professionalism, attention to detail and timely follow-ups.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good telephone etiquette and professional email-writing skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage several tasks and follow up consistently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work in a team.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills, including email and data entry.
- Microsoft Office.
