About the role
WPP Media is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to support the Associate Business Director – Digital & Data. You will quantify and measure campaign success, deliver insights, and help innovate the work delivered at Mindshare.
Key responsibilities
- Support media teams in measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
- Develop measurement frameworks and campaign optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with data & analytics teams to create dashboards and strategic recommendations.
- Audit external tools and contribute to new tool development.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Marketing, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in media/marketing data and analytics.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
- SQL querying
- Python programming
- Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau dashboard creation
- Statistical modelling (seasonality, multi‑touch attribution)
- R programming
