Deputy Manager Compliance

About the role

The Deputy Manager Compliance is responsible for ensuring revenue assurance and regulatory compliance across commercial distribution operations. The role applies the company’s compliance framework on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, identifies risks, policy deviations and revenue leakages, and drives corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce SOPs and policies related to commercial operations, flagging any deviations.
• Conduct routine billing analysis, including target testing of transactions against predefined criteria.
• Prepare and issue monthly reports to the Integrated Business Center (IBC) head, highlighting unbilled revenue, variance analysis findings and status of pending issues.
• Perform quarterly billing analyses according to the established framework.
• Maintain continuous follow‑up on identified issues and coordinate their resolution with the IBC head.
• Address internal audit observations and support the Controller Compliance in risk identification, analysis and remediation.
• Propose and implement process‑improvement controls to mitigate identified risks.

Required profile

• Professional Accountant or MBA degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in compliance, revenue assurance or internal audit.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations, compliance frameworks and legal requirements.
• Proven ability to detect irregularities, analyze data and report compliance metrics.
