Deputy Manager Digital Systems – BTP ABAP

About the role

The Deputy Manager will lead SAP ABAP and SAP BTP technical delivery for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. You will translate business and functional requirements into scalable, cloud‑compliant solutions while ensuring reliable digital operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP extensions following clean‑core and cloud extensibility principles.
• Develop solutions across ABAP Cloud, SAP BTP, APIs, and integrations.
• Manage technical delivery from design through go‑live and post‑go‑live support.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, integration teams and business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on SAP ABAP and/or SAP BTP experience, including implementation and post‑go‑live support.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is strongly preferred.

Required skills

• SAP ABAP, ABAP Cloud, CDS views, OData services, SAP Fiori technical objects.
• SAP BTP services – Integration Suite, Business Application Studio, SAP Build, Event Mesh, Cloud ALM.
• Extensibility concepts – clean core, in‑app, side‑by‑side, RAP, CAP.
• CI/CD, DevOps practices, Git‑based development, cloud transport management.
