Deputy Manager SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness)

About the role

You will support Sales Force Effectiveness and commercial performance across CCL Pharmaceuticals’ international markets, analysing productivity, territory coverage and CRM adoption to drive data‑driven commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse field force productivity, territory coverage, customer segmentation and sales performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support territory optimisation, promotional planning, budget monitoring and standardised SFE reporting.
• Collaborate with country and cluster teams to strengthen field force effectiveness and improve resource utilisation.
• Monitor KPIs, translate performance trends into management reports and drive consistency in SFE processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Data Analytics or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations or Business Analytics.
• Working knowledge of territory alignment, customer segmentation, call planning and field force performance measurement.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI (advantage).
• Experience with CRM systems, sales reporting and KPI dashboards.
