Digital Cashier

About the role

The Digital Cashier is a full‑time, on‑site position responsible for managing and recording digital transactions related to automotive sales and services. You will work closely with sales, finance and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of online payments.

Key responsibilities

• Process online payments, reconcile daily sales reports and enter transaction data into internal systems.
• Verify customer payment details, handle refunds or adjustments, and resolve discrepancies with relevant teams.
• Maintain secure records, prepare basic financial summaries for management and support onboarding of new digital payment tools.

Required profile

• Strong numeracy and basic accounting skills with experience in transaction recording and cash/bank handling.
• Attention to detail, organizational and time‑management abilities, and an ethical mindset regarding confidentiality and compliance.
• Effective written and verbal communication for coordination with internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital payment platforms and POS systems.
• Advanced use of spreadsheets such as Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with data entry tools and ability to learn new technology quickly.
