Digital Marketer – Meta Ads Specialist (On-site, Sialkot)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketer to join our Sialkot office and lead high‑performing Meta advertising campaigns. You will focus on generating qualified leads and driving eCommerce sales while supporting student recruitment initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimise Meta ad campaigns tailored to specific audiences.
• Conduct audience research to build custom and look‑alike audiences.
• Craft compelling ad copy and select eye‑catching creatives, running A/B tests to improve performance.
• Monitor campaign metrics using Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite, making data‑driven adjustments.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand‑consistent messaging.
• Stay updated on Meta platform changes, policies and algorithm updates.
• Produce clear weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing Meta ad campaigns, preferably in education.
• Strong expertise in lead generation and precise audience targeting.
• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
• Experience in retargeting, conversion tracking and budget management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and refine strategies.
