Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to shape our brand presence across Pakistan’s digital landscape. The role focuses on organic brand storytelling, community building and integrated campaigns rather than paid‑search or performance advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a localized digital marketing strategy centred on brand storytelling.
• Plan, produce and publish engaging graphics, videos and case studies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Grow organic social following, drive engagement and generate inbound inquiries.
• Identify and collaborate with local key opinion leaders (KOLs) and key opinion consumers (KOCs) to create authentic brand narratives.
• Lead integrated online‑offline campaigns ensuring consistent messaging.
• Monitor cultural trends and user conversations, turning insights into timely content and managing brand reputation.
• Lead a small digital team, assign tasks and review performance metrics such as engagement, reach and sentiment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on branding, content creation and social media management.
• Proven ability to grow organic social audiences and work with local KOLs.
• Creative, proactive and brand‑first mindset; enjoys building communities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
