Digital Marketing & PR Executive (Female)

About the role

Elmore Beauty is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing & PR Executive to boost brand visibility and drive online sales. The role combines paid‑media management, influencer outreach, and brand partnership execution in a fast‑paced beauty environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google and other platforms to meet sales targets.
• Manage end‑to‑end ad operations: budgeting, audience targeting, A/B testing, tracking and reporting.
• Develop and execute PR strategies across digital, print and broadcast media.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, editors and beauty influencers.
• Oversee influencer campaigns from selection and onboarding to briefing and performance analysis.
• Identify, negotiate and manage co‑branding collaborations, sponsorships and event activations.
• Coordinate brand events, product launches and consumer‑facing activations within budget.
• Collaborate with creative teams for campaign ideation, content creation and basic videography.
• Monitor KPI dashboards (reach, engagement, conversion, ROI) and align digital tactics with revenue goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, PR or influencer campaigns, preferably in beauty, fashion or FMCG.
• Certified in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and/or Google Ads.
• Proven track record of running paid ads and achieving digital sales targets.
• Strong media and influencer networks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and project‑management abilities.
