Digital Marketing Specialist (Night Shift)

About the role

A US-based transportation company for children, including those with special needs, is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi. The role strengthens brand identity, increases organic visibility, generates quality leads and runs effective digital campaigns. It is a full-time, onsite position working Monday to Saturday, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PKT, aligned with US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Run organic marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, website traffic and engagement, and build sustainable growth beyond paid ads.
• Handle SEO and content: keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and SEO-focused blogs and copy.
• Manage social media strategies, content calendars and brand messaging, and track performance.
• Generate organic leads through SEO, social media, content and outreach, and optimise landing pages and funnels.
• Plan, run and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, with A/B testing and performance reporting.
• Write SEO-friendly blog posts and website content, and use AI tools (ChatGPT and similar LLMs) to speed up content and workflow.
• Analyse traffic, rankings, leads and conversions with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and ad dashboards, and report on results.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Studies or a related field.
• About 2-5 years of digital marketing experience with practical, proven results.
• Strong writing, copywriting and content creation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage several projects and deliver measurable results.

Required skills

• SEO, organic marketing, social media marketing and brand development.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, keyword research and marketing analytics.
• AI tools, ChatGPT workflows and prompt engineering.
• Preferred: US audience experience, local SEO, CRO, email marketing and marketing automation; a portfolio of SEO and lead-generation work.
