Digital Performance Manager

About the role

The Digital Performance Manager will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of paid social, search and e‑commerce campaigns for our clients in Karachi. Working on‑site, you will collaborate with account managers, creative teams and junior staff to ensure campaigns meet growth and ROI targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end performance of paid social, search and e‑commerce campaigns.
• Monitor key metrics, generate regular performance reports and present insights to clients.
• Adjust budgets, bidding strategies and creative assets based on data‑driven analysis.
• Define and track KPIs, ensuring delivery against client objectives.
• Mentor and train junior team members on best practices and platform usage.
• Contribute to forecasting, performance reviews and continuous improvement of digital processes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align campaign strategy with overall client goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in performance marketing or digital agency, preferably within e‑commerce or retail.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication skills for client presentations and internal collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
