Director, TradeMark Marketing

About the role

The Director, TradeMark Marketing will lead Coca‑Cola's TradeMark agenda in Pakistan, driving growth through consumer‑centric strategies, innovation and data‑enabled marketing. Reporting to the OU Marketing leadership, you will own end‑to‑end marketing execution and P&L performance for the TradeMark portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the TradeMark ABP agenda, ensuring alignment with OU and global strategies.
• Lead frontier marketing initiatives, innovation pipelines and integrated flywheel execution.
• Own the TradeMark category P&L, delivering ROI and measurable performance.
• Influence OU‑wide programs and long‑range plans for the TradeMark business.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing team of direct reports and networked marketers.

Required profile

• 10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience, including insight & analytics, brand/portfolio strategy and innovation.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross‑functional and cross‑geographical projects.
• Experience in frontline marketing and leveraging digital/data as competitive edges.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership.
• Growth‑mindset, servant leadership and excellent communication with senior executives.
