About the role

Wisdom Pharma is seeking a full‑time Dispatcher to manage daily transportation operations from its Lahore office. The role involves coordinating deliveries, scheduling drivers, and ensuring timely, safe distribution of pharmaceutical goods.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily transportation of goods.
• Schedule and dispatch drivers, monitor delivery routes.
• Ensure timely deliveries and address operational challenges promptly.
• Liaise with internal departments to align logistics needs.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities.
• Uphold compliance with safety regulations and company protocols.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of logistics, supply‑chain management and transportation standards.
• Ability to handle unexpected challenges, prioritize tasks and solve problems in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accurate record‑keeping and regulatory compliance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or transportation certification is a plus.
• Prior experience in logistics or dispatching is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills
