District Sales Representative – Water Technology

About the role

Join the industry‑leading water technology team at Nalco Water as a District Sales Representative. You will drive revenue and profit growth by building strong relationships with existing customers and converting strategic accounts through consultative selling.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and execute sales plans for existing customers and competitively‑held accounts to meet profit targets.
• Understand customer business needs and recommend continuous‑improvement and innovation plans.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including plant and facility executives.
• Provide technical support, identify challenges, and coordinate escalations as needed.
• Perform system analysis, interpret data, and deliver written recommendations to optimise customer operations.
• Promote and sell Nalco Water innovations and technologies to strengthen long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (engineering degree preferred).
• Technical sales or field sales support experience.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
