Document Preparation Specialist (Arabic-English)

About the role

Kabeer Co connects remote professionals from Pakistan with companies in Saudi Arabia. It is building a pool of Document Preparation Specialists who work fully remotely during Saudi business hours, producing clean, accurate business documents in Arabic and English for client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Draft contracts, letters and other formal business documents
• Format documents to each client's company standards
• Maintain and update the client's library of document templates
• Track document versions and keep revision history accurate
• Support approval routing so documents reach the right reviewers on time
• Apply numbering and indexing conventions across document sets
• Archive final documents in an organized, retrievable way
• Prepare bilingual Arabic-English documents

Required profile

• Based in Pakistan, with 2+ years of experience in document preparation, executive administration, contract administration or a similar role
• Strong written Arabic and English
• Close attention to detail in formatting, numbering and consistency
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
• Available Sunday to Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM Saudi time (11 AM to 7 PM Pakistan time)

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Word (styles, templates, tables of contents, track changes)
• Working knowledge of Excel and PDF tools
• Experience with SharePoint, Google Drive or a similar document system
• Familiarity with Saudi or GCC business correspondence is a plus
