E-Commerce Specialist (Shopify Expert)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, results‑oriented E‑Commerce Specialist with deep expertise in Shopify to manage, optimize, and grow our online sales channels.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and continuously optimize the company’s Shopify store, including product listings, collections, pricing, and promotions.
• Develop and execute e‑commerce strategies to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
• Manage product catalogues, inventory, descriptions, images, and online visibility.
• Monitor sales performance, customer behavior, website traffic and market trends to inform improvements.
• Identify new digital sales channels and coordinate with Marketing, Warehouse and other teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Handle customer inquiries, orders, returns and after‑sales support across digital platforms.
• Plan and run online promotions, discount offers and sales campaigns.
• Analyze sales data, prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain Shopify integrations, apps, payment gateways and other e‑commerce tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital sales or online business development.
• Proven track record of managing sales through multiple online platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑oriented with a focus on revenue generation and business growth.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience managing and optimizing Shopify stores.
• Knowledge of Shopify apps, integrations and payment gateways.
• Proficiency in sales analytics and conversion‑rate optimization.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
