Ecommerce Manager - Amazon USA Marketplace

About the role

Omfort Private Limited is hiring a full-time, on-site Ecommerce Manager for its Amazon USA Marketplace role in Karachi. The manager optimizes product listings, pricing and promotions, monitors sales performance and inventory, and coordinates with marketing, operations and customer service teams. Campaign planning, execution and reporting for Amazon ads, and driving conversions and revenue, are core parts of the job.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings, pricing and promotions on Amazon USA, keeping content accurate and competitive.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze marketplace data and manage inventory and stock levels.
• Plan, run and report on Amazon ad campaigns, and identify ways to increase conversions and revenue.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to stay compliant with Amazon policies and improve the customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns for the USA marketplace, including Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
• Strong knowledge of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display, with keyword research, bid management and budget optimization.
• Experience with ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CVR, impressions, clicks, orders and attributed sales, and with Auto and Manual campaigns, negative keywords and ASIN/competitor targeting.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, E-commerce or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience also considered.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
