About the role

AUKS Consultants is seeking an Educational Consultant to join its Islamabad office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will guide clients through international education options, admission procedures, and related visa pathways, helping them achieve their study abroad goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one consultations to assess academic background and immigration eligibility.
• Recommend suitable programs, institutions, and countries based on client objectives.
• Assist clients with application planning, document preparation, and review.
• Coordinate closely with internal visa consulting teams to ensure seamless case handling.
• Maintain accurate digital records of client interactions and progress.
• Provide clear, timely communication throughout the advisory process.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of advisory materials and resources.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of international education pathways and study‑abroad processes.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to manage client expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of handling multiple cases simultaneously.
