Electrical Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a contract Electrical Engineer to work remotely on high‑impact projects across multiple industries. The role covers the full engineering lifecycle, from concept and design through validation and deployment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and simulate electrical circuits, power systems, and control systems using industry‑standard tools.
• Create and review schematics, PCB layouts, and wiring diagrams aligned with project requirements and safety regulations.
• Conduct failure mode analysis, root‑cause investigations, and implement corrective actions for electrical subsystems.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, and systems engineers to integrate electrical components into complete product solutions.
• Validate designs through prototyping, testing, and thorough documentation, meeting relevant certifications and regulatory frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience designing and troubleshooting analog/digital circuits, power distribution, and embedded systems.
• Proficiency with CAD tools for schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Experience with simulation tools for modeling and analysis of electrical systems.
• Familiarity with IEC, UL, and IPC standards and ability to work in Agile or structured engineering environments.
