Embedded Systems Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Embedded Systems Engineer with 2-3 years of professional experience in embedded firmware development and hardware‑software integration. The role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and debugging embedded solutions for robotics, industrial automation, and autonomous systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, debug, and optimize embedded firmware using C/C++ and Python.
• Work with microcontrollers and microprocessors such as STM32, ESP32, Nordic nRF, Raspberry Pi, and Orange Pi.
• Interface and integrate sensors, encoders, servo motors, stepper motors, and motor drivers.
• Implement communication protocols including UART, I²C, SPI, CAN, RS485, and Modbus.
• Develop motor control algorithms, PID controllers, and closed‑loop feedback systems.
• Perform hardware‑software integration, firmware optimization, system debugging, and validation.
• Collaborate with hardware, mechanical, and software teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Prepare technical documentation, testing procedures, and development reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• 2‑3 years of relevant professional experience in embedded systems development.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Embedded C/C++ and Python programming.
• Microcontroller architectures (STM32, ESP32, Nordic nRF, ARM‑based MCUs).
• MCU peripherals: GPIO, ADC, PWM, timers, interrupts, watchdogs.
• Communication protocols: UART, I²C, SPI, CAN, RS485.
• Motor control hardware: servo motors, stepper motors, encoders, motor drivers.
• RTOS experience (FreeRTOS, Zephyr) and development tools (Arduino IDE, STM32CubeIDE, ESP‑IDF, Keil).
• Basic electronic circuit, PCB schematic understanding and hardware debugging using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers.
