Enterprise SaaS Sales Manager – MarTech (Karachi)

About the role

D•Engage, a multinational SaaS provider, is looking for an Enterprise SaaS Sales Manager to drive new business across Banking, Fashion Retail, and E‑commerce sectors in Karachi. The role demands a proactive hunter mindset, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to manage end‑to‑end enterprise sales cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue net‑new enterprise opportunities in target sectors, building a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and networking.
• Conduct discovery meetings, map customer pain points to D•Engage’s solutions, and position the platform as a strategic Customer Experience and Data Platform partner.
• Engage C‑Level executives and senior stakeholders (CEOs, CMOs, CIOs/CDOs, Heads of Digital, Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience) to build long‑term relationships.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, coordinating with Presales, Product, and Customer Success teams for demos, workshops, RFPs, and proposals.
• Stay informed on MarTech, CDP, Marketing Automation, Digital Banking, and Retail Technology trends, providing market feedback to leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS or MarTech.
• Proven track record of generating pipeline and closing large‑scale deals.
• Strong techno‑commercial understanding of enterprise technology solutions.
• Comfortable engaging senior decision‑makers and influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently.
