ERM Manager

About the role

JazzWorld is hiring an ERM Manager (Grade L3) in Islamabad, reporting to the Head of Enterprise Risk Management. The role provides operational and coordination capacity across the group's enterprise risk management activities, executing risk frameworks, platforms and reporting cycles, and building emerging-risk coverage across new verticals, the digital portfolio and climate/ESG.

Key responsibilities

• Implement risk assessment frameworks for new verticals and business lines, and operationalise the Digital Portfolio Risk Assessment framework.
• Lead Climate and ESG risk assessments and reporting through the operating companies, and monitor emerging risks such as AI, regulation, geopolitics and industry transformation.
• Administer the ERM platform day-to-day, including dashboards, workflows, taxonomy and data quality, and drive continuous improvement of methodologies and reporting.
• Run the operational ERM cadence across all operating companies and newly acquired entities, coordinate risk submissions and validate summaries, and perform cross-company theme analysis and benchmarking.
• Escalate material risks, emerging issues and process gaps to the Group Head ERM.
• Support consolidation of inputs for ARC reporting, run risk analytics, heatmaps and scenario analysis, and communicate the enterprise risk posture to management, the ARC and the Board.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, internal audit, risk transformation or a related governance function, ideally in a multinational or multi-entity organisation.
• Demonstrated experience supporting or leading risk framework development, risk transformation or cross-functional risk governance programmes.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, data engineering or a related discipline; professional certification (FRM, PRM, CIA, ACCA/CA) is an advantage.
• Exposure to emerging risk domains such as digital, fintech, ESG/climate or new business verticals is preferred.
