Executive Operations - Port Operations

About the role

The company is looking for motivated, detail-oriented people to join its operations team as Executive Operations. The role supports daily port operations, coordinates with relevant stakeholders and ensures efficient processes and accurate record-keeping.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily port operational activities.
• Liaise with shipping lines, transporters, Customs authorities and internal departments.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.
• Monitor vessel schedules, cargo movements and gate activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards and regulatory requirements.
• Address operational issues promptly and escalate them when needed.
• Support data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Office applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from a recognised university; only HEC or university degrees attested will be considered.
• One or two years of experience in port, terminal, shipping or logistics operations (preferable).
• Knowledge of port, terminal, logistics or shipping operations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with port management systems and cargo handling processes.
• Experience in stakeholder coordination and operational reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
