Executive Purchase Compliance & PMO

About the role

The Executive Purchase Compliance & PMO supports the procurement function by ensuring audit compliance, standardising processes and managing the expert pool for technical evaluations. The role combines analytical, documentation and coordination responsibilities across sourcing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and facilitate centralized Technical Evaluation (TE) sessions for sourcing projects.
• Maintain the Expert Pool database in the ERP system and ensure data accuracy.
• Support vendor registration, onboarding and upload to the Open Bid Portal.
• Monitor TE SLA performance, report KPIs and recommend process improvements.
• Archive all TE documentation, including signed SOCs, undertakings and session recordings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Finance or related preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, technical evaluation or related roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional collaboration and mentor team members.

• Understanding of policy compliance and audit documentation.
• Expert stakeholder management and coordination.
• Data analysis and reporting for TE SLA monitoring.
