Executive Sales

About the role

PTCL Group is seeking an Executive Sales professional to lead and support its sales teams across the territory. The role focuses on achieving monthly sales targets, improving team performance, and expanding the retail network for PTCL’s ICT and cellular services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor monthly sales targets and daily individual performance of the sales team.
• Conduct field visits with sales FSA to enhance throughput and sales pitch effectiveness.
• Drive focus on DDS, KIOSK, and M1/M2 billings.
• Distribute territory sales targets across teams and ensure proper sales planning for all PTCL brands.
• Follow up on pending orders, coordinate installations, and improve conversion ratios.
• Expand and continuously improve the retail network in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with trade‑marketing and channel‑development teams to enforce policy compliance.
• Monitor bill payments for new customers and identify channel improvement opportunities.
• Deliver sales trainings and awareness sessions, including new FF and GPON areas.

Required profile

• BBA, BSc, Engineering or equivalent degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and distribution.
• Strong business understanding and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
