Executive Vice President Technology & Transformation

About the role

The Executive Vice President, Technology & Transformation will steer TCF’s enterprise‑wide transformation agenda, redefining how work is done and how technology, data and AI create impact at scale. This senior leader will partner with all programs and functions to embed design thinking, systems thinking and process re‑engineering into the organization’s DNA.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the enterprise‑wide transformation agenda aligned with TCF’s strategy.
• Redesign and digitalise operating models, workflows and decision‑making processes across functions.
• Ensure reliable, secure and scalable IT infrastructure and connectivity across all locations.
• Embed data governance and information‑security practices to make data reliable, accessible and protected.
• Leverage technology and AI to develop context‑relevant solutions that improve teaching and learning outcomes.
• Partner with senior leadership and the Board to champion organization‑wide change and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 15‑20+ years of experience in technology, digital transformation or related fields.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale transformation in complex organisations.
• Strong leadership experience building and scaling high‑performing teams.
• Strategic thinker with execution discipline and high ownership.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including Board‑level engagement.
• Experience in education or mission‑driven organisations is preferred.
