Expert Investigations (Compliance)

About the role

JazzWorld is hiring an Expert Investigations professional (grade L2) in Islamabad within its Compliance department. You will manage the full lifecycle of internal investigations into misconduct, fraud and policy violations, driving the resolution of all internal reports including those from speak-up channels through preliminary assessments, investigations and corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct fact-finding and investigations into suspected non-compliance, procedural violations and operational breaches.
• Draft investigation plans, coordinate with VEON Group Investigations and gather evidence with internal departments and stakeholders.
• Use data analytics and AI-driven tools to find patterns, detect anomalies and uncover electronic evidence.
• Draft investigative reports, secure approvals and present evidence-based conclusions at governance forums.
• Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective measures, and follow up on disciplinary and preventive actions approved by the Disciplinary Committee.
• Run communication campaigns and training to promote a transparent speak-up culture.
• Maintain the case management system and support special projects for the compliance and investigation teams.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate compliance investigations, fraud management, forensic accounting or internal audit.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred.
• Strong analytical ability, excellent interviewing skills, discretion and the confidence to present case logic to executives.
