Facility Maintenance Coordinator - US Based (Onsite)

About the role

We are looking for a Facility Maintenance Coordinator to manage work orders for our fast‑paced, US‑based maintenance operations in Karachi. The role involves coordinating daily maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering timely service to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Create, assign, prioritize, and track facility maintenance work orders.
• Coordinate daily maintenance tasks with in‑house technicians and external vendors.
• Monitor work order status to meet SLAs and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records in a CMMS or similar work‑order system.
• Review maintenance requests, assess urgency, and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Prepare reports on work‑order volume, turnaround time, and maintenance costs.
• Communicate updates to management and relevant departments.
• Verify completion quality and close work orders.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Fluency in English.
• 1–3 years of experience in facility maintenance or work‑order coordination, preferably with US companies.
• Hands‑on experience with CMMS or maintenance tracking systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or general maintenance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
