Field Sales Representative – Beauty Care Products

About the role

We are seeking energetic Field Sales Representatives to promote a range of beauty care products across salons and pharmacy outlets. This is a field‑based position that requires daily visits to assigned locations, building strong relationships with shop owners and staff, and ensuring product visibility and availability.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned salons and pharmacy outlets on a daily basis.
• Promote, demonstrate, and sell beauty care products to store personnel and customers.
• Maintain product stock, shelf placement, and promotional displays.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with shop owners and staff.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily field activity.

Required profile

• Minimum FA / Intermediate qualification.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Prior field sales experience in FMCG, beauty, or pharmacy channels is preferred.
• Comfortable with daily travel using a company‑provided EV scooty.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Fresh graduates are welcome if highly motivated for field sales.
