Field Sales Specialist

About the role
We are expanding our sports business and need a motivated Field Sales Specialist to promote and sell our sports products directly to customers. You will work on the ground, visiting shops, retailers, clubs, academies and other potential buyers, ensuring orders are taken accurately and deliveries are coordinated.
Key responsibilities
- Visit shops, retailers, clubs, academies and potential customers in the field
- Promote and sell our sports products
- Take customer orders and record them accurately
- Coordinate and deliver products to customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat business
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand market reach
- Share regular sales and market feedback with management
Required profile
- Prior experience in field sales, preferably in sports goods or retail sales
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel locally for customer visits and deliveries
- Basic understanding of order handling and customer dealing
