Field Service Engineer

About the role

Kemin is looking for a Field Service Engineer to support customers across Pakistan, ensuring dosing and application systems run efficiently, reliably, and safely. This field‑based position blends hands‑on engineering, automation, and customer interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot liquid dosing and application systems at customer sites.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing technical support, minimizing downtime, and delivering operator training.
• Conduct site surveys, translate customer needs into practical solutions, and support product trials.
• Manage installation and service projects, including planning, reporting, and follow‑up activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, Engineering or related field.
• 5‑10 years of industrial experience, including 3‑5 years with liquid dosing systems and feed‑mill processes.
• Fluent in Urdu and communicative English.
• Proactive, customer‑focused mindset with ability to work independently and within a global team.

Required skills

• Industrial automation, electrical schematics, PLC programming.
• SCADA systems (Siemens preferred).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision‑making abilities.
