Field Team Leader

About the role

NielsenIQ, a global measurement and data analytics company, is hiring Field Team Leaders across Islamabad, Lahore, Faisalabad and Sukkur, Pakistan. The leader oversees data collection activities in the assigned region, ensuring compliance with global methodologies, quality standards and business objectives, and drives operational excellence through team leadership, KPI management, data quality assurance, talent development and financial stewardship.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate field data collection in line with global methodologies and standards
• Ensure data quality, accuracy and consistency through monitoring and analytical review
• Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement to improve operational KPIs
• Maintain panel health and compliance with Panel management and Data Science requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key stakeholders
• Manage, develop, coach and train field team members and field auditors, and foster a high-performance culture
• Deliver financial, productivity, quality and operational targets while meeting client commitments
• Manage regional travel and expenses budgets and variance analysis
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of reports, assessments and client deliverables

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree completed
• 3-5 years of experience leading teams, ideally in a market research field force; prior operations or equivalent operational experience
• Solid understanding of operational metrics
• Business-level English fluency (C1)
• Availability to supervise in the field and flexibility to travel across the country
