Final Expense Verifier

About the role

HAT Informatics is hiring Final Expense Verifiers in Sargodha, Punjab, Pakistan, for US-based Final Expense insurance campaigns. The role handles inbound and outbound verification calls, checks customer information and qualifies leads before transferring them to sales closers. It is a full-time position available both on-site and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for US-based Final Expense insurance campaigns.
• Verify customer information, personal details and insurance-related information accurately.
• Conduct medical and financial qualification using the approved campaign script.
• Build rapport with potential customers and explain the purpose of the verification process.
• Review responses for accuracy, consistency and completeness before approving a transfer.
• Follow campaign guidelines, verification procedures and compliance requirements.
• Transfer qualified calls to closers and record the disposition of incomplete, inaccurate or unqualified leads.
• Maintain customer records, call notes and dispositions in the CRM or dialer system.
• Coordinate with closers, quality assurance staff and management, and meet daily performance, quality and verification targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in Final Expense verification; candidates without Final Expense campaign experience are not eligible.
• Strong understanding of Final Expense insurance campaigns, verification procedures and call flow.
• Excellent English communication and listening skills, able to handle US-based customers professionally.
• Good understanding of medical and financial qualification procedures.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail, punctuality and professional work ethics.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems, dialers and call center operations.
• Call center verification and lead qualification.
