Final Expense Verifier – Night Shift

About the role

PRIME BPO is looking for a detail oriented and confident Final Expense (FE) Verifier to join our growing team. This full‑time, on‑site night‑shift position is ideal for candidates with BPO experience who have excellent communication skills and want to build a strong career in the BPO industry.

Key responsibilities

• Verify sales made by closers on the Final Expense campaign to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Confirm client information and policy details professionally
• Ensure all required documentation and recordings meet quality standards
• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of verified sales
• Coordinate with sales and quality assurance teams
• Ensure company compliance policies are strictly followed
• Meet daily and weekly verification targets
• Remain available to stay back or work overtime for training, performance improvement, or when targets are not achieved

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of BPO experience as a Verifier on any campaign (mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies
• Professional attitude and customer handling skills
• Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge
• Ability to work night shifts
• Regular students are not eligible to apply
