Finance Associate – Commercial Finance

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Associate to support our Commercial Finance function within the Shared Services department. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and providing insightful analysis to aid management decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain financial records for the Shared Services department, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Process financial transactions, including accounts receivable and general ledger entries, in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve discrepancies.
• Issue invoices to clients across various commercial domains and ensure timely recoveries.
• Support implementation of financial process improvements and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in a finance role, preferably within a shared services environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP or other financial systems.
