Finance Consultant – LMS & EdTech

About the role

Aqovia is seeking a Finance Consultant to lead fiscal planning, contract modeling, and financial governance for its large‑scale Learning Management System (LMS) and EdTech initiatives. The role combines deep financial analysis with strategic advisory to senior leadership, ensuring compliance and profitability across public‑private software projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models, budgets, and cost‑variance analyses for technology programs.
• Produce accurate cash‑flow forecasts, burn‑rate calculations, and financial projections for integrated technical squads.
• Track contractual milestones against government fiscal timelines and create audit‑ready invoicing trails.
• Collaborate with technical managers to assess operational costs, including cloud consumption, licensing, and delivery assets.
• Prepare regular financial reviews and concise strategic reports for executive stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local public accounting standards, taxation rules, and governmental audit requirements in Pakistan.
• Provide advisory input on resource scaling, cost‑efficiency, and capital deployment for enterprise software deliverables.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience as a Finance Consultant, Financial Analyst, or Management Accountant, preferably in IT or corporate advisory.
• Strong professional communication skills with excellent English proficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial tracking for large B2B contracts or multi‑year agreements.

Required skills

• Advanced financial modeling.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel (advanced modeling).
• Experience with ERP accounting software or enterprise financial application tools.
