Finance Executive

About the role

The Finance Executive will support the organization’s financial operations, handling bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, reporting, budgeting assistance, payroll coordination, and compliance. The role demands strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Excel.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and post accounting entries.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, verify invoices and expense reports.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare periodic financial reports, management summaries, and support budgeting and variance analysis.
• Coordinate payroll data with HR, verify employee reimbursements and ensure confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, support internal and external audits, and file tax‑related documentation.
• Liaise with banks, vendors and external stakeholders on financial matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA (part‑qualified), CA Inter, CMA or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant finance/accounting experience; fresh graduates with strong academic records may be considered.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial reporting).
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
