Finance Executive

About the role

Join our finance team as a Finance Executive, responsible for day‑to‑day financial operations and supporting month‑end closing. You will work closely with the property team and head office finance to ensure accurate invoicing, cash handling, and reconciliations. This role is ideal for candidates with a solid accounting background and strong attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Daily invoicing and timely system updates.
• Data entry and regular updating of Munshi (ERP).
• Petty cash management, including disbursements and periodic counts.
• Bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
• Scanning, documentation, and booking of expenses in the system.
• Maintaining organized financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assisting in month‑end closing activities and routine financial reporting.
• Coordination with the property team and Head Office finance for day‑to‑day financial matters.
• Performing any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with MS Excel and Google Sheets (lookups, pivot tables, basic formulas).
• Sound working knowledge of accounting and financial concepts.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Munshi is an advantage.
• Prior experience in the hospitality sector is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle cash responsibly.
