Finance Executive

About the role

Kualitatem, a consulting, audit and assurance firm specializing in software quality assurance, information security, technology process optimization and cloud infrastructure, is looking for a Finance Executive to support its day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The role covers accurate financial records, payment processing, reconciliations and proper documentation of transactions, working closely with internal teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting entries in the system
• Assist in preparing invoices, vouchers and supporting documents for payments
• Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks under supervision
• Perform bank, vendor, payroll and intercompany reconciliations and report discrepancies
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
• Support senior team members in preparing reports and data
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on routine accounting matters
• Ensure compliance with company policies and timely completion of tasks

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization and time management
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the finance function

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Accounting software and ERP systems
