Finance Manager – Financial Reporting & Compliance

About the role

KH Group is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, compliance and strategic planning functions. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the manager will ensure accurate financial statements, regulatory adherence and robust cash‑flow management while supervising a team of three finance professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review timely financial reports, including profit & loss, balance sheet and cash‑flow statements.
• Develop annual budgets and forecasts aligned with organisational objectives.
• Coordinate regulatory compliance, tax planning and audit requirements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable to maintain balanced cash flow.
• Establish and monitor internal controls to protect assets and mitigate risk.
• Analyse financial performance, identify trends and recommend profitability improvements.
• Create comprehensive financial models to support business decisions and investment strategies.
• Supervise, train and develop a team of three finance staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather data for cross‑functional initiatives.
• Oversee cash‑flow forecasting and working‑capital management.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification such as MBA‑Finance, BBA, BS Accounting & Finance, ACCA, ICMA, CA‑Inter or equivalent.
• 5‑8 years of experience in finance, accounting or related roles.
• Proven ability to lead a small finance team.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, tax and audit processes.
