Financial Modeler (3+ Years Experience)

About the role

The Value Core is seeking a Financial Modeling professional with over three years of hands‑on experience to join its Karachi office. The role supports engagements across Riyadh and London, focusing on building and reviewing transaction‑grade financial models.

Key responsibilities

• Build advanced three‑statement integrated financial models for client projects.
• Develop DCF and valuation models, including WACC calculations and sensitivity analyses.
• Create and maintain forecasting models with scenario and downside‑case analysis.
• Construct detailed operating models and complex debt and financing schedules.
• Build models from scratch and independently review model integrity.
• Support transaction advisory and corporate finance engagements alongside senior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of financial modeling experience.
• BBA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently on sophisticated financial models.

Required skills

• Advanced three‑statement integrated financial modeling.
• DCF and valuation modeling, including WACC and sensitivity analysis.
• Forecasting, scenario, and downside‑case modeling.
