Financial Planning & Reporting Specialist

About the role

Systems Limited is seeking a Financial Planning and Reporting Specialist to ensure accurate bookkeeping, vendor invoice management, and fixed‑asset reporting in line with global IFRS standards. The role works closely with Area Corporate Finance managers, global GBS hubs, and end‑market teams to drive balance‑sheet reconciliation and process simplification.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑market balance‑sheet reconciliation and timely resolution of action points.
• Maintain up‑to‑date approval matrices in partnership with the Assistant Area Corporate Finance Manager.
• Own end‑to‑end vendor invoice management.
• Produce fixed‑asset reports compliant with IFRS.
• Develop and automate processes using technical solutions.
• Drive a high‑quality monthly cross‑charge rhythm for finance managers.
• Collaborate with support functions to ensure budgeted spending is tracked accurately.
• Work with local GBS finance teams and cross‑functional projects for operational improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in a global FMCG or similar fast‑moving environment.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to identify risks and implement controls.
