About the role

We are looking for our first GTM Engineer to build internal tools for sales and marketing and design an outbound motion from the ground up. You will create outreach systems that leverage warm intros, real signals, and proprietary data, and prove their effectiveness with measurable results.

Key responsibilities

Develop and ship internal tools end‑to‑end (frontend, data, integrations, LLM pipelines) and make build‑vs‑buy decisions.
Define outbound playbooks, select actionable signals, and build systems that enable a small team to execute high‑quality outreach.
Turn real‑time consumer social data into unique outbound campaigns.
Design, run, and measure growth experiments, tracking meetings and pipeline impact.

Required profile

Proven experience shipping internal tools that are used daily, not just demos.
Hands‑on experience with AI‑native development (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).
Track record of running outbound or growth experiments with demonstrable results.
Strong ownership mindset and low ego.
