FP&A Manager

About the role

The Catalyst Group is hiring an FP&A Manager for its client Intellia, an AI‑driven consulting platform in the healthcare sector. The role supports financial planning, forecasting, reporting and business decision‑making in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and reporting.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Build financial models and analyses to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand financial requirements and provide insights.
• Prepare management reports and financial performance analysis.
• Support project and client‑level cost and profitability analysis.
• Handle ad‑hoc financial analysis and business requirements.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, consulting or a related field.
• Experience in the healthcare/medical industry.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a client‑facing, high‑pace environment.
• Agile thinker and fast learner who can adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
